Since Osama’s assassination, every single terror attack in Pakistan by Taliban has specifically targeted Pakistan security apparatus including the Frontier Constabulary, Naval base and now a security check post. It looks like Taliban are holding Pakistan military responsible for the assassination. Given their propensity for revenge, they are clearly feeling that the Pakistan military has stabbed them in the back “by failing to protect Osama” (euphemistically speaking). Most probably, they would have been assured by Pakistan military that Osama would be safe with them.
