The Congress are not Traitors

The Congress is the enemy. Their goal is to destroy the country to enrich themselves. They are true to their goal and cannot be faulted for it. Indians who support the Congress are traitors since treason lies in aiding the enemy. Some of the biggest names in the BJP have aided the Congress in the past, and continue to do so. They are traitors. Let’s distinguish between the enemy and the traitors. While I may grudgingly respect the enemy, I have nothing but contempt for traitors.

  1. as it is said congress is phd in corruption and the bjp a graduate. It doesn’t matter. Do you think India would have been better if bjp had been in power for 6 decades in con’s place?

  2. When the governing systems of checks and balances are skewed to plunder state resources with little chance of being hauled up in scrutiny as the investigative agencies are easily manipulated,it’s those who go against the flow are looked as traitors affecting Brand India represented by Corporate Houses of Tatas, Mittals,Ambanis,Birlas, etc.

  3. Absolutely worthless lines by the author.

If Mr.Dey had been one of those psec-intellectuals, I wouldn’t have bothered to comment. But this kind of writing from someone who has earned admiration for his incisive writings is not welcome.

This sounds so much like Subramanian Swamy, who has nothing to show as his own achievements but goes on ranting about BJP leaders and comes up with his idiotic theories on how they helped Congress.

If the writer is not a left-lib in disguise and genuinely wants to throw out Congress, he should refrain from writing such baseless, untrue and absurd blogs.

  4. Atanu – as a long time reader of your blog (albeit silent one), i think you’ve finally lost it.
Best option is to tear up that passport (or OCI) and live in Berkeley for good. If you visit back in a 100 years, perhaps, perhaps Rahul Gandhi’s great grandchildren may not be Prime Ministers and Sharad Pawar’s descendants may not be ruling the fiefdom of Maharashtra etc – but then again its too risky to bet one way or the other as far as India goes.

“who has nothing to show as his own achievements but goes on ranting about BJP leaders and comes up with his idiotic theories on how they helped Congress.”

Are you sure that Dr. Swamy has no achievements of his own?
Who filed a petition for 2G scam & who is fighting it in the court? EVM Fraud?

Please learn to appreciate the fact there is someone who is *actually* doing something fruitful (sending the scam kings to jail) and speaking the insider information, rather than merely speaking/shouting (such as Diggi, Manish Tewari, Sibal) without much basis.

  6. I second Kalpesh’s views on Dr. Swamy. If the country is to be saved from complete ruin, it is up to a handful of strong leaders such as Dr. Swamy. He’s not only trying to bring the utterly corrupt to book in the 2G scam, but he’s also involved in saving India’s democracy and election system by systematically going after the EVM manipulation issue. And he’s almost alone in leading this fight against the mighty crooks in the establishment. Only one thing seems to keep him going against daunting odds (at the grand old age of 72): Indian National Interest.

  7. allwyn: BJP has been around only since three decades. It is worthless to argue what “could have been” if some different party had been there for six decades. For _now_, India would do a LOT better than have a socialist, pseudo-secular party like Congress at the helm.

    ZeroCarbs: 0/10. Troll harder.

    Chinmay: You’re an idiot.

You can list them into Swamy’s blank coloumn of achievements when the verdict is pronounced. Not until then. But let’s hope he meets success!
Revealing “insider info” is not an achievement. All that he says has no proof to back-up. Below-the-belt attack on even the most staunch rivals is not a sign of a learned man.

Have been reading that and also Janata Party’s website from a long time.

  9. As I keep saying, the Congress couldn’t have done better had they been directly employed by the ISI or the CCP. We’re not that different from the hermit kingdom and their dear departed leader who’s blindly worshipped by their populace as the reason the sun rises every day. We too have hundreds of millions blindly worshipping an evil cult of personality who’ve been sowing and reaping the seeds of self enrichment at the cost of the well being of the nation.

Congress is not a bunch of traitors. They live in a different country whose interests are diametrically opposite India’s people, but a country that just happens to magically exist physically in the same space-time as India.

This is a very hypothetical question.. but I can confidentley say that if Jana Sangha(BJP didnt exist then, it was RSS thinktank back then) had ruled India for 60 years, India would have been in more patriotic/nationalistic hands….

    What verdict?

Revealing “insider info” is not an achievement.
By that logic, having “insider info” & not making it public is an achievement? In that case, Julian Assange/Bradley Manning has no achievements. No wonder, every govt is f***ing scared and trying to shut it down.

All that he says has no proof to back-up.
Thats for Supreme Court to figure out. None of us is as capable as learned judges without bias.

Below-the-belt attack on even the most staunch rivals is not a sign of a learned man.
In a fight with looters of public money (where we are being ripped off and are spectators), what is “below the belt” attack. I think the immoral should be wiped off, let alone hitting below the belt.

  13. I have heard that one of the first acts of the BJP when it first came to power (for just 3 days) was to hire 250 xerox machine to collate as much govt. info and data as possible, prior to demitting office.
If true, this indicates the stranglehold of the rotten Kkkangress on every scrap of information.
It is also an indication as to how hard they would have had to struggle when assuming office for the first time and completing a full five-year term.
Therefore, the vilification of the rotten, criminal, despicable Kkkangress is definitely justified, but I would still give the BJP more than just a chance. MP, Gujarat and Bihar under the BJP have already done well. The best Lokayukta bill is that which has been introduced by the BJP in Uttarakhand and which the centre has NOT passed.
The vilification of Yediyurappa is another case where the charges–preferential allotment of land to one’s relatives- is all there is to it. Kumaraswamy and Krishna have got away with everything.
Therefore, as far as subversion of the constitution, subversion of national institutions( CEC, CVC, Judiciary),economic ruin (beginning with the Balance of Payment crisis), criminalization of electoral politics, gutter-level politics, vast corruption, complete poverty of leadership, reduction of electoral politics to dynastic politics etc the Kkkangress is certainly to blame.

  14. since we’re making a traitor list add the media to it.

and about the BJP, let’s take a look at their record..the 2g scam was in progress and they couldn’t do anything till swamy came in maybe they were busy trying to get their cut! I read in a post on this blog itself that when it comes to policies they’re the same and can’t even be distinguished on that front. Their ministers are also accused of corruption and riots every now and then.

Is it possible the fault lies in the constitution itself??

maybe patriotic/nationalistic hands but these ppl are completely SOCIALIST and would have only pushed India back I mean maybe we would be in 80s even today in 2011 had they ruled for such a long time!
