Wrong again, Mr. President of the US of A

There’s a lot of people in the world who don’t believe that people whose skin color may not be the same as ours can be free and self-govern. I reject that. I reject that strongly… I believe that people whose skins aren’t necessarily — are a different color than white can self-govern. [Source]

The above, in case you haven’t figured it out, is the ever articulate President of the United States of America.

In a separate development, it appears that a very large number of Indians have decided that the best person for governing the nation is an Italian au pair who may or may not have links to a bunch of shady Italtian arms dealers. The oldest political party in the country, the Indian National Congress, could not find, among the more than one thousand thousand thousand Indians someone sufficiently white-skinned to be their leader. They may have preferred someone British but an Italian would do at a pinch. Self-government is not the most natural idea to non-whites.

It should not come as much of a surprise that once again I disagree with Dubya. Non-whites have traditionally bent over for the whites around the world. Colonialists have always been white. Self-government is not an option for brown-skinned people.

  1. I have to wonder what message exactly GWB is sending to non-white citizens in the United States. It sounds like patronisation of the most disgusting kind. Then again, I have given up expecting anything more from him.

  2. Why I hate Sonia?

She never had any intentions of becoming a politician or a leader. Leadership is thrust upon her and she feels it is her duty, not her desire to rule the country. This I feel is the most dangerous trait for a prime minister.

The best comes out of people when they do what they want to do; not when they are forced to do things. If Sonia herself didn’t want to become PM, why do Indian citizens and Congressmen are forcing her to?

    Damn confusing.
